Dosing and mixing lines are used for the preparation of glass batch. Strain gauges from leading European manufacturers are used in the manufacture of weight dispensers. The use of high-quality strain gauges allows for high-precision weighing and trouble-free operation of weighing devices. Industrial frequency variators are used to change the rotation frequency of screw feeders in order to increase the accuracy of dosing. To purify compressed air in order to increase the service life of pneumatic mechanisms, air preparation units are used. The line is controlled by the operator from the control room, where a computer and a control cabinet are installed.

Galvanized carweights provide a number of advantages during operation: a high level of anti-corrosion protection and an extended service life. Thanks to the hot-dip galvanizing technology, the service life of car scales, depending on environmental factors, increases to 30-50 years.
